For goat owners who need a powerful electric fence energizer with two different power levels, the Bison N 8000 is the perfect device. It is especially suitable for keeping and growing goat kids in a pasture. As the goats grow older, the fence's shock strength can be easily adjusted.

Joules at a load of 500 ohms: 5 J and/or 3 J
Voltage at 500 ohms load: 4500 V and/or 3100 V
Theoretically possible fence length: 200 km
Special feature: two power levels selectable, either 5 J / 4500 V and/or 3 J / 3100 V (e.g. for sensitive goat kids)
Simultaneous operation on two different electric fences is also possible (e.g. with reduced power on the electric fence for sensitive kids and with full power on the electric fence for the mother goats).
Alternatively, both power levels can be operated simultaneously on one electric fence. Use the lower power level on the bottom wire of the fence to keep the grass short (to prevent any loss of power in the upper wires due to grass contact), and the higher power level on the upper wires for unimpeded, full power (Caution! Ensure there is absolutely no connection between the bottom wire and the upper wires).
